Graduates frequently need transcripts for college admission or employment purposes – ONLY OFFICIAL transcripts are available for graduates.
All requests for OFFICIAL transcripts must be submitted in writing – either by completing our form in the office, or by emailing the Registrar or Asst Registrar or sending the request via snail mail. Requests MUST come from the student themselves, not family members or friends, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Turnaround time is 24 hours, and a $3 fee is due at the time of pickup. If you are not local, you do have the option to authorize a friend or family member to pay for/pick up your transcript. If the transcript is needed the same day, fee is $10; any extra copies are $1 each. We can only accept cash, check, or money order, made out to “Canyon ASB” - our apologies for any inconvenience.
The following information is required to process transcript requests:
- Name at the time of graduation/last date of attendance
- Date of Birth
- Year of Graduation
- Photo ID (take a picture of your driver’s license and upload a photo to email or print, if unable to walk into our office)
- Address to send transcript
- Phone # where student may be reached if there are questions or issues
