GENERAL
AP STUDENTS: All AP students must attend a MANDATORY Pre-Administration session in order to fill out all AP Exam paper work before testing. The Pre-Administration session dates will be Tuesday, April 27th and Wednesday, April 28th at lunch time in the A-Lecture Hall. Students MUST attend one of these sessions!!! If you have any questions please see Ms. Lavalle in The Counseling Office.
Do you love to perform? Do you love to dance? If you answered yes to either of these questions, YOU should think about joining color guard. It's getting to be that time! Clinics start next week on Monday from 3:30-5:30 in the band room. If you don't know what color guard is or if you're not sure, at least come check it out! Just wear your athletic shoes and come ready to try something new! Please see Mrs. Palmer in the Q bldg. with questions!
AP STUDENTS: Do you want to take a practice test for your AP exam? Well then, go the library databases and login to the Gale Infotrac database. Click on the Testing and Education Reference at the bottom of the page. Under High School Tools click on AP exams prep. You will need to create a username and password before taking the test. Come to the library for the username and password for Gale Infotrac database. You can access the website from home.
HEY COWBOYS, there is a new AP class on campus. AP Art History is a fun class where no drawing is necessary. We'll learn who made Stonehenge and why is the Mona Lisa so famous? All while earning AP credit and Fine Art credit! Talk to your counselor or Ms. Hart in T-3 and sign up for the fall!
AWARDS BANQUET COMING SOON! If you earned a 3.5 or higher grade point average for Fall Semester 2009, you should have received an invitation to the Spring Academic Awards Banquet to be held on Wednesday, April 28. Deadline to turn in RSVP to Mrs. Haro in the Assistant Principal’s Office and purchase dinner tickets from ASB is TODAY. No tickets will be sold at the door. Please contact Mrs. Hayes-Rennels in the AP Office if you have any questions.
THE NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY is hosting a dance marathon on May 15th. Go to Ms. King's room, G 105, or the ASB office to pick up your registration packet. All materials must be turned into room G 105 by May 7th.
HEY COWBOYS!! The student talent rally is right around the corner! Sign-ups are posted outside the ASB Office now!!! Be sure to get your talent ready—auditions are April 29 and 30.

GRAD RECORDINGS: Seniors would you like to record a message that your friends and family will hear before graduation? Then grab a slip outside of J-1, bring it back completed to Mrs. Ambrose with a dollar, and sign up for a day to record. Please come prepared to do your recording. The first people to record will hear their recordings closer to the star of graduation.
