  • Facemasks are required for the duration of the ceremony - Take this opportunity to decorate your facemasks - Go, Cowboys

  • Graduates will need to be in Cap and Gown and show facemask to be admitted into Central Park parking lot

  • Please bring your Diploma covers for our photo opportunity 

  • Graduate names will need to be largely printed via 8.5”x11” piece of paper posted on the rear passenger window of the vehicle  - check out this template

  • There will be a professional photo opportunity as your student walks on the stage with their diploma cover

  • The event will be live-streamed - Stand by for the link

  • There will only one car per family - Decorate it to your Cowboy’s heart content

  • No limousines or party buses because of traffic logistics, and no convertibles or motorcycles per Department of Public Health guidance

  • Cars, one per graduate, enter via main traffic signal and follow route depicted on the first map above.
  • Canyon High School  Administrators and Counselors will coordinate graduates getting out of the cars and standing on duct-taped X’s leading to the stage (the blue dots indicated on the map above)
  • Graduates will wear facemasks for the duration of the graduation activity (this includes the photo opportunity)
  • Administrator reading names positions himself/herself with wired mic close enough to read the name on the window
  • The graduate whose name has been announced walks across the stage (the orange dots on the map above) with their diploma cover, and their picture is taken on stage by O’Connor Photography 
  •  Graduate leaves the stage, is directed 30 feet further down to reunite with their car and  exits the park
  •  Exiting cars follow the main road back to the traffic signal in order to exit the park
