GENERAL

ATTENTION HONORS ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY students for next fall.  Stop by G-105 to pick up your summer assignment.

ATTENTION ALL CURRENT CSF MEMBERS!  Hours for this Spring semester are due no later than Friday, May 30.  Please drop them in the box on the counter in the library. 

ALOHA COWBOYS!  The Ohana Dance is this Friday, May 30 from 8-11 p.m. in the Main Gym.  Tickets are $10 for the rest of the week in the ASB Office, or $20 at the door.  Remember ---NO OUTSIDE GUESTS!  Mahalo and hope to see you there!

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION will take place in room T-5 at lunch today. Bring your ID card.

THE LIBRARY will be closed ALL DAY this Friday, May 30th for the Mod Civ Cultural Gallery project. Students will not have access to the library or the computers in the lab. We apologize for the inconvenience.

STUDENTS, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE NORTH OAKS PARKING LOT -- this is short term parking for park use and childcare parents.  If you park there during the school day, you will be cited.  Also, students who do not have parking permits are not allowed to park in the student parking lot -- you will also be cited.  Those who do park in the lot, please be aware of the construction equipment and traffic as they work on the track and field.  Be sure to follow the directions of the safety personnel.  Thank you for your cooperation. 

DO YOU LIKE MUSIC?  Can you play drums, bass, piano, or guitar? Jazz band might be right for you! If you are interested in auditioning for the 2014-2015 Canyon high jazz band, come see Mrs. Palmer in S-3 on Friday, May 30th at lunch for more information!

FINAL TRYOUTS FOR THE SUMMER BOYS BASKETBALL TEAMS will be taking place in the main gym TODAY at lunch. Anyone with questions should stop by G-208 for more information.

NO STUDENT SUMMONS DURING FINAL EXAMS:  STUDENTS please note there are NO student summons delivered during Final Exams.  Please do NOT call your parents and ask them to excuse you early for any reason.  The Attendance Office WILL NOT deliver student summons during Final Exams to remove you from class.  ALL students need to stay during the entire final exam period out of respect for all the other classes in exams. 

LOCKER ROOM: All users of our locker room please have everything out of the locker room and locks returned by the end of the day on June 6.  Remaining locks will be taken off, delinquencies filed for missing locks and items donated.

ACADEMIC CEREMONY CERTIFICATES:  If you did not attend the ceremony, please come to the Assistant Principals Office to pick yours up during period 1, period 7, BRUNCH and LUNCH only.  Do NOT come during class time.

HEY THERE!!  LIKE CHOCOLATE??  Well, your Canyon Choirs are selling World’s Finest Chocolates every day in the A-Lecture Hall after school.  So come and buy a bar or two, they are a dollar each!

MEETINGS

DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN? If so, then it’s about TIME that you come to Bible Club this Thursday at lunch in the A-Lecture Hall. Let's celebrate our last meeting of the year together with brownies, pizza, chips, loving people, and a kind atmosphere. Everyone is welcome.

HEY COWBOYS—THE LAST GSA MEETING is TODAY at lunch in room C-4!  Please come and join us so we can appreciate all the people who have supported the club this year, and party!  Also, if you would like to apply to be an officer, please see a current officer ASAP! 

THE FINAL MEETING OF THE CANYON ROLEPLAYING CLUB will be on Friday June 6th, from 12:15 to 5 pm in G-107.   Come to enjoy some good gaming with the pathfinder roleplaying system!

SENIORS

ATTENTION SENIORS: Just a reminder that “Final Transcript” requests can be turned in anytime, but no later than Friday, June 6th – the last day of the school year, in order for us to mail them out on time by June 18^th.  If you have any questions, you are welcome to stop by the Registrar’s Office.

SENIORS:  All textbooks, library books and fines must be cleared by TOMORROW -- Friday May 30th.  Everyone else, your books are due by Friday June 6th.  If you have any questions or concerns see Mrs. Kulesz in the textbook center.
