GENERAL
NO STUDENT SUMMONS DURING FINAL EXAMS: STUDENTS please note, there are NO student summons delivered during Final Exams. Please do NOT call your parents and ask them to excuse you early for any reason. The Attendance Office WILL NOT deliver student summons during Final Exams to remove you from class. All students need to stay during the entire final exam period out of respect for all the other classes in exams.
If you are taking Honors Anatomy and Physiology next year, stop by Ms. King's room, G-105, for the summer assignment.
ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES. All lockers must be cleaned out by Friday May 31st before 11am. Anything left in the lockers after that point will be nonreturnable and donated to good will. Please remove your lock, clean out any possessions, and remove any stickers, etc. that may be on your locker. Lockers that are left damaged will be assessed a maintenance fee.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL BANQUET, TONIGHT AT Canyon High School Gym 6pm - 9 pm. Adults $15.00,
kids $7.00. Players no charge. All freshmen please contact Coach Miller ASAP for reservations!!!!!
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION:. Your last day of dress is TODAY. We will be cleaning out lockers on Tuesday May 28th. Please bring any bags you may need on that day to clean out your locker. You will be cleaning out your locker and turning in your lock during your PE class period.
LAST CALL FOR YEARBOOKS: Hey underclassmen, that's YOU freshman, sophomores and juniors... YOU might have a yearbook waiting for you. There are still over 100 yearbooks that were purchased and not claimed. Stop by T5 at lunch today to find out if you have a yearbook waiting for you.
ATTENTION ALL DFY IT MEMBERS. Your 10 hours of community service is DUE to Ms. Krumrich TODAY. Please complete the community service form and turn in by TODAY.
TENNIS: Those interested in girls and boys tennis summer camp, please come pick up summer camp packet from Mr. Yong in room F-1. Registration Deadline is June 7.

COLLEGE FAIR coming up this summer! If you are interested in Colleges That Change Lives, go to www.CTCL.org They have OVER 50 universities (including Cornell) will be at a college fair this summer. In LA it will be at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City. Choose either Wed., July 31st, @ 7pm or Thursday, August 1st, @7pm. You can go to the website to learn more about this COLLEGE FAIR.
THE SUMMER SPLASH pool party event sponsored by the City of Santa Clarita and DFY IT is happening June 8th at the Sports Complex. Tickets are just 5.00 and that includes free food, sunglasses, DJ, dance, swimming, and more! All high schools in the valley are attending. You don't want to miss out! Please see Ms. Krumrich to purchase a ticket.
MEETINGS
ROLEPLAYING CLUB will be meeting for the final time this year on Friday, May 31st at 12:30 to 5 pm in K4. We will be playing the pathfinder roleplaying system. Newcomers are welcome!
SENIORS
ATTENTION SENIORS: Final Transcript requests are due ASAP, and no later than Friday, May 31st – the last day of the school year, in order for us to mail them out on time by June 15th.
If you want any transcripts mailed to your home, just write down how many you would like on the white Final Transcript request form, and be sure to include a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE for EACH transcript you request. In other words, if you want three transcripts mailed to your home, you must supply to us three self-addressed stamped envelopes along with your white Final Transcript request form. Also, please be sure to complete a white Final Transcript request form for each college you want your transcript mailed to. It is very important to write down the correct name and address of the college of your choice. If you have any questions, you are welcome to stop by the Registrar’s Office.
SENIORS: If you are not going to a 4-year college and want to get started with your career sooner, you can go to Charter College, here in Canyon Country! If you are going to be a Canyon grad, come and get a scholarship form for $1500. Requirements: That you will be graduating in May 2013, short essay, the form, and a transcript. Need a form? There are 8 scholarships available. See Mrs. Trapani in the Counseling Office.
