IMMUNIZATIONS:  Students who have NOT provided proof of the Tdap (Whooping Cough / Pertussis) booster immunization / or the parent signed waiver /  to the health office by Monday, November 7th ARE NOT permitted to continue attending school until this is handled immediately!   Please contact the health office if you have any questions.  If you need the waiver, you may print it from our school website or pick up another one from the health office.

DO YOU HAVE A DRIVE TO BE A CHEF?  ROP offers beginning and advanced Culinary Arts courses.  Stop by the ROP office today to sign up.

HART DISTRICT STUDENTS: Nissan Car Giveaway 2011-2012 school year.  To all 10^th, 11^th and 12^th grade students.  If you maintain a 2.0 average and attend school at least 97% of the time with a positive behavior on campus, you could be eligible to win a car!  All eligible students will be notified in April with the details of the drawing.  KEEP WORKING HARD!!!!!

MEETINGS

CHECKMATES CHESS CLUB (and other board games of skill) meet Wed and Friday in G-117.  Bring your lunch.

ATTENTION ALL S.O.S. MEMBERS:  Tuesday, November 8^th there will be a mandatory meeting and club roster taking place for the yearbook.  Come to room G202 at lunch.

SENIORS

LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION:  Seniors, please give teachers and counselors PLENTY of time to complete college letters of recommendation for you. Staff should be given at least two weeks’ notice, as they will not be able to work on these over Thanksgiving/Winter breaks. Please provide the stamped, addressed envelope (if needed) as well as a ‘brag sheet’ listing your activities, award, honors, etc. You can pick up a copy of Request for Letter of Recommendation from the Counseling Office.

SENIORS - are you working on your CSU application?  Are you going to apply to CSUN?  If you have any questions about CSUN or the application process, please come to H-1 (close to the ROP office) on Monday, November 7th during 5th period.  

SENIORS:

It's time to start preparing for Graduation.  The first step is to order your Cap & Gown, Graduation Announcements, and other Senior memorabilia.

JOSTENS will be on campus accepting orders on:

Be prepared to bring your completed order form and down payment on this day.  DON'T FORGET EVERY SENIOR MUST TURN IN THEIR CAP & GOWN SIZES on this day!
