GENERAL

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN GETTING A JOB?  Need help with your RESUME?  Come to the Resume Rally at either Tuesday, September 21 (at the Valencia COC campus - stop in anytime between 10 am - 6 pm in the STUDENT CENTER - PDR #2 and park in lots 6,7,or 8)  OR Wednesday, September 22nd (at the Canyon Country COC campus, Quad 1, Bldg. B, Room 110 and park in lots 2 or 3).  If  you have questions you can call COC's offie of Career Services and Job Placement @ 362.3286.

Purchase a one-day parking permit for $2 for this event - OR come to the Counseling Office and get a flyer to put on the dash of your car!  Hey that is free!

CLASS RING ORDER:   

JUNIORS!  It’s time for your class to order their class rings.  Your class ring will rank high in the commemoratives of your “2012” Graduation.   Rings ordered now will be complete in November.

YOUR JOSTENS REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ON CAMPUS FOR YOUR CLASS RING ORDER ON:

HEY COWBOYS!!  Looking for a refreshing treat on a hot summer day?  EVERY Tuesday after school there will be a Shave-It truck out in the Senior Parking lot from 3-4 p.m.  Support the school band and buy some Shave-It! 

JUNIORS!!  Your officers need you help with this year's Homecoming float! There is a meeting TOMORROW, at lunch, in room F4. Bring your friends.

FOOD DAY!!! The first food day is Wednesday!! On the outdoor stage!! bring money!!!

COLLEGE VISITATIONS:  Kenyon College, which is in Gamibier Ohio, has a Study Abraod program for their juniors to Exeter England, where students will study the works from Shakespeare to Stoppard and attend plays in London, Stratford, and Plymouth as well as a full season of productions by the Royal Shakespeare Company and visit the Globe Theater.  If interested, go to www.Kenyon.edu
