GENERAL

CSF - Applications for CSF (California Scholarship Federation) will be available from TODAY to Friday Aug. 20. in room C8, at lunch only. Remember that CSF business will not be handled at any other time of the day.

STUDENT PARKING:  ANY student that parks in a reserved parking spot (with a name on it), Staff parking or by the football field/track—WILL RECEIVE A $40.00 TICKET!

ALL STUDENTS that have an open period or an athletics/ROTC/extracurricular activity will need their ID to reflect this.  These are new instructions to process your ID.

Please go to the Assistant Principals Office:

Students that have their schedule may get an open sticker instantly as time permits.

Students who do not have their schedule can drop their ID off at the AP Office at brunch.  The first 150 turned in will be processed and ready for pick up at that same location during lunch.

If you have an athletics or extracurricular activity, you must present your completed Release from Athletic P.E./Extra Curricular Activities form that you received from your coach or teacher to receive your sticker.

Blank forms are located in the AP office on the counter.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE ON TELEVISION?  T.V. News Production class is looking for a few good people who want to report the news and cover the events that happen on our campus.  See your counselor or Mr. Scorza in room E2 today!

ATTENTION STUDENTS:  Please be aware that the cost of printing from the library computers is now $.15 per page.  This will take effect immediately.  Please bring exact change.

ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS, Are you looking for a student service opportunity? If you have passed Graphic Arts with at least a B, Mr. Lee would like to talk to you. Go to room V-1 A.S.A.P.

BASKETBALL TRYOUTS:  For both Boys and Girls will be held at lunch starting TODAY in both gyms.   Any questions ask Coach Cooper in room B-8 or Coach Phillips in G-116. 

CROSS COUNTRY:  Any student interested in joining the Cross Country team, see Coach Jackson or Coach DeLong ASAP".

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Any girl interested in trying out for the girls volleyball team needs to come to the gym TODAY at lunch dressed and ready to play.

BOYS AND GIRLS SOCCER TRYOUTS:  Are TODAY through Friday, August 20 at Sierra Vista Junior High School at 3:15.  Come ready to play Soccer!!! 

ROP:  Any student who is taking an ROP class this semester must see Mrs. Gaines in the ROP office ASAP. You must pick up your enrollment form. ROP classes start the week of August 16, 2010

HEALTH OFFICE:  Students PLEASE DO NOT call or text your parents from a classroom or on campus to tell them you don’t feel well.  GET A PASS FROM YOUR TEACHER TO GO TO THE HEALTH OFFICE.  Mrs. Schwamb will call your parents from the Health Office. 

SENIORS

SAT CLASSES STARTING AUGUST 28th-- Seniors!  It's time to get those SAT scores up for college applications!  Juniors- get started early!  Revolution Prep will hold an SAT prep class here on campus starting August 28th taught by our very own Ms. Jones.  Questions?  Visit revolutionprep.com or stop by to see her in E5 as soon as you can!
