GENERAL 

WELCOME BACK!  All students should have received their new schedules in their second period classes today.  If you did not receive a schedule, please come to the counseling office immediately.

If you have a TRUE ERROR on your schedule, you may come to the counseling office and fill out an ERROR NOTIFICATION FORM today, during an open period, brunch, lunch, or after school.  You can come up during class time, ONLY with your teacher's permission and a pass, if you are in a wrong class during that period.

Examples of a TRUE ERRORS might be:  if you are in the wrong math class, missing a class, have a double-period (when 2 classes are scheduled in the same period), in the wrong sport, or do not have enough classes.  DO NOT come up and ask for a teacher change or request an elective change unless you have already earned credit for that elective.

YEARBOOK SALES: - This week is your last chance to guarantee yourself a yearbook in the spring. They are $80 and $85. If you don't buy one now you are gambling that we'll have extra copies for sale, and if we do you'll be paying more.

WINTER FORMAL:  Are you ready for a Night in Paris?  Then ask that special person to Winter Formal!  Tickets are on sale now through Friday, January 22 in the ASB Office, before school, lunch and brunch.  Tickets are $70 per couple.   

ANY STUDENT WHO HAS A ROP CLASS, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ENROLLMENT FORM AT THE ROP OFFICE TODAY. SEE MRS. OKRONICK

STUDENTS:  PLEASE DO NOT call or text your parents from a classroom or on campus to tell them you don’t feel well.  GET A PASS FROM YOUR TEACHER TO GO TO THE HEALTH OFFICE,

Mrs. Shwamb will call your parents from the Health Office.

MEETINGS

BOOK CLUB:  We will be meeting on Friday, Jan. 15 at lunch in H1 to discuss Jodi Picoult's A Perfect Match.  If you would like to join book club, now is a good time to join as we will be choosing a new book to read.  Bring your lunch and we'll see you there.

SPEECH AND DEBATE:  We will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 12 after school in H1.  Come prepared to work on presenting your speeches.  We will discuss the next tournament.
