GENERAL

AFTER SCHOOL MATH TUTORING WITH MRS. DENNY for today, Thursday is canceled this week.  You can still go to Mrs. Craig at lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Tutoring after school with Mrs. Denny will resume on May 28th.

SUPPLEMENTAL PROGRESS REPORTS:  If you would like to receive a supplemental progress report, please see Mrs. Hettema in the Counseling Office between 7:30am and 8:00am Friday morning to pick one up.  If you have a 7:00am class, you may pick one up Thursday after your last class.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!! All Library books are due back to the library.  Please return immediately to avoid a large fine.  Thanks.

SPRING SPIRIT WEEK:  Friday is Green and Gold Day.

POWDER PUFF:  Come and support your Cowgirls play Powder Puff Football at 6:30 this

Friday, May 22. Tickets are $2.00 with an ASB Card and $3.00 without.

STUDENT ID Cards:  Did you give your ID card to one of our wonderful Campus Supervisors but still don't have it back yet?  Your ID might still be in the AP Office with Mrs. Haro just waiting for you to pick it up.

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION will take place in the auxiliary gym on Wed May 27th. ALL grade levels should plan to pick up their yearbooks from 2:30 until 4pm. Makeup distribution will take place at lunch on the 28th and 29th.

ATTENTION ALL DANCERS!!   CANYON DANCE TEAM WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH NEW WORLD DANCE STUDIO FOR OUR FUTURE DANCE TEAM.  THE COWBOYS WILL BE HOLDING A NEW AUDITION FOR THE 09-10 DANCE TEAM AT 10 A.M. KEY CLUB SENIORS:  Hours and Attendance sheets are due TODAY through  May 22.  All other members, your attendance sheets are due the same date.

CAREER CENTER NEWS

Just a reminder that the ENGINEERING CAREER SEMINAR will take place today at 9:20 in the Library.  Pick up permission slips in the Career Center.

MEETINGS

MATH CLUB meets at lunch in room G-208. All students interested are welcome.

THE YOUNG REPUBLICANS will meet for the last time this year, today, at lunch, in Room A-6.  Please come, bring your lunch and we'll do a review of the 2nd Amendment debate we held two weeks ago.  Everyone is welcome.

SENIORS

SENIORS: Tonight is Senior Recognition Night. If you received an invitation, we'll see you there. The ceremony begins at 6pm in Canyon's outdoor stage. All awards are top secret and will be revealed only at the ceremony.

SENIORS: Do you owe any textbooks, library books, fines or delinquencies?  All textbooks and library books must be turned in and fines paid by Thursday, May 28th.  All fines and delinquencies must be paid in cash.  If you have any questions or concerns check with Mrs. Kulesz in the textbook center or

Ms. Rehder in the ASB office. 

SENIOR SIGNING PARTY:  Seniors---do you want your yearbook early?  Today at lunch there is a signing party in the gym.  You will get your yearbook before anyone else, food and more.  Tickets are on sale in the ASB Office.  The cost is $8 and are available in the ASB Office.

GRAD NIGHT:  Seniors---Grad Night is one of the last nights to be together as a class.  Remember to turn in your permission slip and money by lunch on Friday, May 22.
