GENERAL

AFTER SCHOOL MATH TUTORING WITH MRS. DENNY on Thursday is canceled this week.  You can still go to Mrs. Craig at lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Tutoring after school with Mrs. Denny will resume on May 28th.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!! All Library books are due back to the library.  Please return immediately to avoid a large fine.  Thanks.

AUDITIONS for the theatre department's touching drama, "Flowers for Algernon," will be TODAY in the Q-theatre. Audition times will be 2:15 for those without a 7th period and 3:15 for those with a 7th period. No preparation is necessary, but stop by the Q-theatre for play details and an audition form.

SPRING SPIRIT WEEK:  Thursday is Mix and Match day and Friday is Green and Gold Day.

POWDER PUFF:  Come and support your Cowgirls play Powder Puff Football at 6:30 this

Friday, May 22. Tickets are $2.00 with an ASB Card and $3.00 without.

STUDENT ID Cards:  Did you give your ID card to one of our wonderful Campus Supervisors but still don't have it back yet?  Your ID might still be in the AP Office with Mrs. Haro just waiting for you to pick it up.

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION will take place in the auxiliary gym on Wed May 27th. ALL grade levels should plan to pick up their yearbooks from 2:30 until 4pm. Makeup distribution will take place at lunch on the 28th and 29th.

ATTENTION ALL DANCERS!!   CANYON DANCE TEAM WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH NEW WORLD DANCE STUDIO FOR OUR FUTURE DANCE TEAM.  THE COWBOYS WILL BE HOLDING A NEW AUDITION FOR THE 09-10 DANCE TEAM AT 10 A.M. KEY CLUB SENIORS:  Hours and Attendance sheets are due TODAY through  May 22.  All other members, your attendance sheets are due the same date.

CAREER CENTER NEWS

YOUNG BLACK SCHOLARS PROGRAM:  YBS is a program, which assists young black students with college preparation.  Students benefit from a comprehensive curriculum of over 40 academic and cultural enrichment activities.  The cost is $260 per school year.  Stop by the Career Center for details!

Today the ANIME club is meeting in G-220 at lunch...see you there!

SENIORS

SENIOR SIGNING PARTY:  Seniors---do you want your yearbook early?  On May 21, at lunch there is a signing party in the gym.  You will get your yearbook before anyone else, food and more.  Tickets are on sale in the ASB Office.  The cost is $8 and are available in the ASB Office.

GRAD NIGHT:  Seniors---Grad Night is one of the last nights to be together as a class.  Remember to turn in your permission slip and money by lunch on Friday, May 22.
