GENERAL
OFF CAMPUS REQUESTS: Students requesting off campus passes please bring a note from a parent and take it to the attendance office before school, at brunch or lunch to receive your permit to leave. If you do not have a note...parents must call the office in the morning and request a pass.
JUNIORS AND SENIORS:...most of you are through with school at lunch time... remember to make your appointments after you have finished with your school day.
COLLEGE OF THE CANYONS will be hosting our College2Career Day event again this year on Saturday September 27th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The event will be held at the Dr. Dianne G. Van Hook University Center on the Valencia Campus of College of the Canyons.
TRI M,MUSIC HONOR SOCIETY--If you are a member or are becoming a member of Tri M, please make sure that all paperwork is turned in to Mrs. Purdy by Friday, the 26th.
If you plan to attend the CSF Leadership conference, please return your trip slip by TODAY. We need to make plans for our chartered bus! If you have questions, see Mrs. Hermelin in the library.
ARE YOU INTERESTED IN GOING TO CHICO STATE? They are having a fall Open House if you want to visit the campus, have a tour, meet with reps, learn about financial aid, and more! COLLEGE VISITS ON CAMPUS! Find the right MATCH for you! We have several colleges that will be on campus, in H-1, during 5th period to meet with REACH classes. If you would like to meet with the reps please come to H-1 in the first 10 minutes of lunch.

MEETINGS
OPERATION US: We will meet at the start of lunch on Monday Sept. 29th in E3 to pass out permission slips for our next presentation. Slips will be due on Friday October 3rd.
CHECKMATES CHESS CLUB, YU-GI-OH and Vanguard and other board games meets every Wednesday and Friday in G-117. Bring your lunch. Questions, see Mr. Clark in G-117.
THE LIST OF NATIONAL ENGLISH HONOR SOCIETY members and officers has been posted! Stop by room C-1 today to see if you have been admitted! Our first officer meeting will be on Tuesday, September 29th at lunch, and the first member meeting will be Thursday, October 2nd. Mark your calendars!
SENIORS
CSUN is dedicated to helping undocumented students have equal access to higher education. This CSUN Dreamers Scholarship is for AB 540, DACA or other undocumented status students who have a minimum GPA of 2.5. The deadline for this scholarship is Oct. 1, 2014.
