GENERAL

There will be tryouts for the summer boys' basketball program this Friday, May 29th, in the main gym @ Lunch. If you have any questions please stop by G-208 for more information. 

ATTENTION JUNIORS:  If you received a letter in the mail regarding the ELC program and want to be included in this program, please return your permission form to the basket in the Counseling Office by 3:00 pm this Friday, May 29, 2015.

The PONY EXPRESS is still recruiting students for next year.  We are looking for all interested writers, photographers, social media experts, and web designers.  Anyone interested in taking the class next year please meet in room AA-2 on June 2nd at Brunch in between period 4 & 5 finals.

CALLING ALL OF NEXT YEAR’S JUNIORS AND SENIORS!  Canyon High School will be offering Introduction to Sports Medicine next school year!  Please contact Mr. Davis in K-4 if you are interested in getting it on your schedule!  Sports Medicine is an interesting and growing field!  Signups are limited so act fast!

NO STUDENT SUMMONS DURING FINAL EXAMS:  STUDENTS please note, there are NO student summons delivered during Final Exams.  Please do NOT call your parents and ask them to excuse you early for any reason.  The Attendance Office WILL NOT deliver student summons during Final Exams to remove you from class.  ALL students need to stay during the entire final exam period out of respect for all the other classes taking exams.

SUMMER SCHOOL APPLICATIONS are now available on-line only at canyonhighcowboys.org. Listed under News & Announcements you'll find everything you need. Turn completed forms into the summer school basket located on the receptionist’s desk in the Main Office.

CHOIR AUDITIONS:  If you missed the choir auditions, but still want to be part of Canyon's wonderful choirs, come see Mrs. Purdy in the A Lecture Hall.

SPRING BREAK 2016: Anyone interested in traveling to Spain with Señora Lewis during spring break, go to room D7 for information and sign up right away.  Space is limited.

MEETINGS

BIBLE CLUB is finishing the year off strong with guest speaker, AAron Miller from Grace Baptist Church. Come to the A-Lecture Hall TODAY at Lunch for Bible Club's last meeting of the year. Everybody is welcome!

THE CANYON ROLEPLAYING CLUB will be having its final meeting of the year on Wednesday June 3rd from 12:30 to 5:30 in room K-3.  If you are interested in game mastering, please see Mr. Milasich by Friday.

      SENIORS

SENIORS:  Next Monday –June 1—is the Senior Sunset at 7:30.  Come to the Outdoor Stage to enjoy dinner and a movie for the last Senior event.  Tickets are $10 if you are not a Senior Funpack holder.

SENIOR PICNIC is Friday, May 29 at the Aquatic Center from 1-4 pm.  If you are not a Senior Fun Pack holder tickets are on sale for $15 in the front of the ASB Office.

SENIORS if you were invited to Senior Recognition Night and need to pick up your award(s), please pick them up in the Counseling Office during brunch, lunch or after-school.

SENIOR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS DUE BY JUNE 4th. Request one be sent to all Universities and Colleges you are interested in attending, including COC. White request forms are located in front of the Registrar's Office.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to come by and ask. Transcripts will be mailed out on June 18th.Bottom of Form
